The present conditions of sale are public because they are known to the buyer. Any order implies the acceptance of these conditions by the buyer.

Unless you are contracting for a purpose related to your professional activity, the conditions set out below shall apply especially in accordance with the contents of the Spanish regulations on consumer and user protection. These conditions will also fulfill the function of pre-contractual information provided for in such regulations along with the other main features of the products contained in this website, for compliance also with the formal requirements applicable to this type of contract.

If you place an order through the website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, which are necessary requirements to make a purchase on our website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. The personal data or information you provide will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy.

The sales and consequent invoicing made through this website are made by the organizer of the event. For these purposes, depending on the event, any of the following entities may be the organizer for the purpose of billing:

ORDER

To place an order it is necessary to have previously read these general conditions and the privacy policy. The buyer must follow the steps that are indicated on the web to make the online purchase of the services offered, making the payment of the corresponding price. It is necessary to review your order before processing it, in order to avoid errors. At the end of the order process the buyer will receive an email as proof of your order.

The sending of the e-mail message mentioned in the previous paragraph implies the confirmation of the acceptance of the order placed by the buyer. However, the holder reserves the right to cancel the order, in the particular case of verifying the existence of any risk for the achievement of the service, which will entail the immediate refund of the amount paid by the buyer.

The entity does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of purchase.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros and are valid only and exclusively for online orders. In these prices, it will be specified whether they are tax-free prices or prices including VAT or other taxes (legal rate in force at the time of invoicing). These prices are not guaranteed. The owner reserves the right to modify them at any time, although any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT BY BANK CARD

On the website www.sfx-events.com you can make your payments quickly and securely using your debit or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). To do this you must have the number of your card, its expiration date and the verification code of your card or CVV (the last 3 digits on the back of your card). All this without prejudice to other security measures required by the payment gateway.

Orders paid by credit card are automatically validated.

When placing an order at www.sfx-events.comyour payment may be subject to an anti-fraud control. Bank cards may be subject to verifications and authorizations by the issuing or receiving banks. If the payment is not authorized by them, the cardholder is not responsible and the contract will be deemed not to have been concluded. In this case, an additional 24 hours will be necessary for the processing of your order.

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. Payment by Paypal platform is generally accepted. Paypal payment is simple, fast and secure.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL.

You must ensure, before proceeding with the purchase, the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered.

Tickets will not be refunded in case of loss, damage, theft or destruction. Once the ticket has been purchased, ticket exchanges and refunds will not be accepted unless the play or show is cancelled or postponed.

In case of cancellation or postponement of the show or function, the organization undertakes to refund the amount of the ticket. The customer must request the refund within 14 days from the communication of the cancellation or postponement.

In case of cancellation or postponement, the entity will retain the incurred expenses indicated in the online purchase process or at the entrance.

CLAIMS

You can contact our Customer Service Department at the following e-mail address info@sfx-events.com in order to communicate any question about the service received, as well as for the purposes of these General Conditions.

Complaints about the performance, alteration or cancellation of the show must be addressed to the organization upon presentation of the ticket.

The entity has a complaints book available to consumers upon request.

ACTIVITY WARNINGS

THE HOLDER, informs that the realization of the activity must involve the acceptance and monitoring of health measures to prevent contagion by COVID-19. To this end, he/she undertakes to always and at all times follow the safety recommendations.

Tickets purchased at a discount or special rate will have to justify this right by means of an accrediting document at the entrance of the venue.

Upon entering the premises, you may be subject to a search in accordance with the law. It is not allowed to enter with all those objects that could be considered dangerous by the organization. The right of admission is reserved.

Admission is conditional on having a full ticket in good condition. The ticket holder will lose his rights when leaving the venue. It is up to the organization to allow access to the venue once the performance or show has begun.

The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program and/or the date of the event.

It is mandatory for the client to read the characteristics and particularities of each show.

LEGISLATION, JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE.

These General Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the common Spanish legislation. Among others, by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the conditions of sale shall be subject to the rules of jurisdiction provided for in the Civil Procedure Act.
